Full transparency on this one…Usually takes us no longer than about 8 days to wrap up something like this it was 1.5 bathrooms same house. This one went on longer. 2 mistakes happened… first I ordered the wrong rough in toilet not too big of a deal. But, the second mistake was a little rough - the tub after careful inspection (after install of course) we found a small crack in it . We did not try to slide cost or responsibility off to the homeowner. We made sure we handled it accordingly. Waited for a new tub and did what we had to do… it came out very clean. We didn’t make a ton off the project. But, customer already sent us 2 more referrals.
