LMR Services is owner operated. Started by best friends Mike Rozza and Lorenzo Mennella, both driven to build a life and a business through service. Customer relationships and willingness to grow opened opportunities for friend Mike Robertson. With the contribution of their skills, together the 3 became an inclusive team that gets work done! Home services include bathroom and kitchen remodeling, home renovations, decks, snow removal, & more with concierge services!

Mike Rozza
Whether you call, message, or e-mail you will here back from Mike within 24 hours. Plan on seeing him before a week passes for your free estimate. If Saturday or Sunday’s are what you need he will be there. Mike will work with you on scheduling, planning and getting the most for your money. You will get straight answers and honest timelines. If you are looking to update your home before it hits the market you have clicked on the right page. Having experience working with investors flipping homes he can give recommendations about getting the most for your money and then when you are ready, as a licensed Realtor* Mike can list your home and help you find your next paradise
Lorenzo Mennella
First things first. Lorenzo will be next to greet you and officially kick off your project with a bang! Demolition and trash out with our 15 yard container truck to haul it away. Out with the old leaving a canvas for the new.
Mike Robertson
Mike will be there to ensure smooth operating. He will manage details to keep job interruptions at a minimal and will shine the door handle on the way out. The LMR team will be there consecutive days until complete. In and out as quickly as 5 days, or 15 for a large kitchen. No matter the task, making sure your time and our time are kept at high priority is Mike’s specialty!
