Oof this is a Little long winded here... But, Here's one we are just wrapping up. I am not calling out or naming the contractors name because honestly who knows what happens in peoples lives and I don't have the full back story. I do know we were called to this homeowners house and they told us it's been over 6 months since they hired a contractor and paid deposits to him for their master bathroom project. He dragged the thing out and left them hanging. They had to let him go. They are the Nicest people. You know the ones when you walk into the house before they show you the project they have you sit down with them at their kitchen table and meet you. Try and get to know you. (Some contractors hate this and I'm such a introvert you'd think I would also, but I enjoy it, makes me feel connected/human and bonus they had a dog I could pet the entire time ). They Told me what had happened and how they just wanted their life back. We came into a partially demoed bathroom and turned it back into this. This isn't some made up story or me trying to be sentimental - honestly just how it happened- Too cool not to share. The husband looked me and said - "your logo says trust loyalty and respect" that's why we called you out. That's all we want. I know my crew well - are practically family (fight like it also sometimes) So, I knew the first day they would see how we work and trust my guys completely once meeting. (My guys are actually partners on the LLC). They have a elderly women they are helping take care of apparently who isn't getting out of bed much who by the front door all day. So Mike Robertson calls me yesterday on the phone and says the homeowner pulled us aside yesterday before we left and said the older lady has been watching you guys for the past 4 days and she told me today "you know something, those guys really care". So instead of halfway tearing up when I herd this lol ...I told Mike "To stop being so soft, and that it's all me"... But, it was special and also nice to provide a service where both sides feel like they got what they wanted.. LMR services
