I often find myself unexpectedly involved in various projects, and this was no exception. A homeowner reached out to me after a contractor failed to meet her expectations. She invited me to assess the situation, which revealed uncapped waste lines, a pile of dirt, and crazy framing issues. The contractor had taken a deposit and left her with a significant mess. We felt terrible for her and her family in the house. Fortunately, we were able to collaborate with the insurance adjuster for her and together  developed a solid game plan. Within just a few days, we restored her bathroom to the vision she had in mind.
