Here at LMR SERVICES, we recently completed a large master bathroom renovation for a client who wanted a peaceful sanctuary for herself amidst the chaos of raising children. Our client put a great deal of thought into the design, and we were there every step of the way to guide her through the process. Renovations of this magnitude can be quite stressful, but we made every effort to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our client.

Mike handled the initial sales for this project and provided an estimate. Alannah worked closely with the client during the material selection process to ensure she received exactly what she wanted. Lorenzo efficiently demolished everything down to the studs using our own rolling 15-yard container truck, which prevented a large container from occupying the driveway for extended periods. Mike Rob managed the project, overseeing the rough plumbing and electrical work. Dave and Thomas meticulously framed the space to ensure a clean finished product. Alan promptly installed the beautiful tile chosen by the client. Finally, we all worked together as a team to complete the project.

As with any renovation, there were a few minor complications, but LMR SERVICES is experienced in handling such challenges. We take pride in the fact that we perform all of our work in-house, as we are owner-operated, licensed, insured, and carry Workmans compensation to protect our valued clients and customers. We always strive to go above and beyond, adhering to our guiding principles that bring us together as a team. We are in between about 10 projects right now. At no time did we leave a day open where we weren’t progressively working inside this clients home. Total time line of project was 18 days start to finish.
