The month has been quite challenging. I have never experienced growth without facing some discomfort. We are constantly striving, persevering, and trying to improve ourselves. We fall short. Constantly. I do know everyone on our team from our lead carpenter to our most basic labor,  all the way through our back office team wake up in the morning and gives it their all. What a journey. One foot in front of the other.
