**LMR Services!** To be honest, rental projects aren’t my favorite type of Reno’s. However, we are incredibly grateful for this opportunity. Most homeowners prefer not to have anyone working in their homes during the holidays, which is entirely understandable. That's why we feel a deep sense of gratitude for being able to stay busy in this vacant unit for a few days, keeping our momentum going. While we didn’t make a lot of money—I'm not even sure we broke even—we’d much rather be engaged in a project than sitting idle. A big thank you to our client for allowing us into their space, and a special shoutout to my favorite sister-in-law!
