6 Days full turn over. All the way down to the studs and then back to life. Here's how we run our bathrooms..Set our customers up with vendors we have accounts set up with. Big shout out to Stephen Gassler who helps customers pick out designs and helps with tile purchase. The guy makes the process seamless on our end as well as the customers we send him - they are in good hands. They receive contractors discounts on our accounts, (they don't have to use our vendors but the option is there) we run around and pick up all deliveries for our customers, we come into a bathroom and do some serious prep...plastic, plastic zip ups, ram board, fans try to keep dust to a minimum... We also hang a check list up immediately for daily reminders that each partner signs before leaving everyday...it's a huge check list to make sure we are as organized and cleanly. We go as far as to use magnetic stick daily to sweep driveways to make sure we aren't leaving any screws behind so nobody gets any flat tires, We demo bathrooms down to the studs, remove all debris same day **with out** using a placed container (we own our own 15 yard container truck registered with NJDEP, which is mobile) roughs are taken care of, then we prep- our prep material consist of higher end products such as wedi, shluter and Ditra for assurance on water proofing we stay away from cement board and durock (no disrespect to any other contractors who use this, that's not my intention), we work with our customers on tile layout and pattern designs, we trim out with customer's preference on casing base of choice, tape coat, spackle, prime and paint, then we set all finishes including any bathroom accessories customers may have picked out along the way.. We inevitably become friendly with customers before we leave their projects.. we have done so many additional bathrooms for people after the first.. Pride ourselves on our efficiency and attention to detail.
