For the most part working with investors and other contractors as a sub it's not something we are usually willing to do. Primarily we stay away from them for a number of different reasons. However, there are a select few out there who have helped me over the years and even recently and gave me their time and experience. Both of which can be priceless and selfless who I admire and truly respect. When I quoted a large tile job for a new construction project for Unlimited Home Improvements I knew immediately John was a good dude, who did the right thing and was professional. We connected with the level of mindsets that even before money... reputation and integrity were more important than a quick dollar. Sustainability is always better than instant gratification. John cared about his customer as well as the subs being taken care of even before himself. It was a pleasure working with this company for their large addition project.
